Bronze Age Palstave Axe. Circa 1500-1150 BC. Copper-alloy, 155 x 35 x 66 mm. Un-looped with no mid rib or decoration. An early Palstave belonging to the Acton Park Phase II of the Middle Bronze Age, corresponding to the earlier part of Needham's (1996) Period 5. Recorded with the Portable Antiquities Scheme.
